With a Colony day pass, coworking space and floating desks are available for your use from 9am until 5.30pm. Our coworking serviced offices are open 24 hours a day, but if you’re using a day pass, the 9am ‘til 5.30pm time slot applies. Get extra flexibility and 24-hour access when you sign up for a Colony membership.
How much is it to rent office space for a day?
If you’re looking to rent office space for a day and are happy to use our hot desks or communal areas to work, then the cost is £20 per day. This one-off fee covers the full working day, and includes amenities such as superfast broadband and use of stocked kitchens.

Yes, you can rent a meeting room for a day, whether it’s for a one-off meeting, a few hours, a day, or even longer. There are a variety of comfortable meeting rooms available across our 6 Manchester locations, all equipped with technology to accommodate between 4 and 18 people. Our community team will be on hand to support you before, during, and after your meeting.
Can I book a dedicated desk for a day?
With a daily pass, coworking space users have access to our floating hot desks and communal areas, so it’s not guaranteed you’ll get the same spot every time.
