All memberships give you access to every Colony building so you can choose which office to work from. You’ll select a primary office, which you can access 24 hours a day, and can then use any other building between 9-5.30pm. We have a range of memberships to choose from, each offering a little bit extra. For example, a dedicated desk membership means you get your own guaranteed desk to work from, rather than hot desking.A typical Colony membership gives you:

How much does a coworking space in Manchester cost?
Our coworking spaces start at just £20 per day for a single day pass. A floating desk membership is £200 per month plus VAT if choosing a six month term, and a dedicated desk membership is £250 + VAT per month for a 6 month term. Rates are reduced the longer you sign up for, so it pays to enjoy Colony for longer. Private offices are available for between 2-50 people with prices starting at £360 per month. The cost of a private office will depend on how many workstations you need. Our team will help you find the right coworking space at the right price.How does coworking pricing work?
Coworking pricing works on either a day rate or a fixed membership price. Memberships work on a rolling monthly basis, so if you only want to spend a month with Colony, you can. If you plan to be with us for longer, you’ll benefit from discounted rates on your coworking membership. With private offices the rate is calculated per desk. Our contracts are extremely flexible and competitive. Your private office cost includes fully furnished offices and access to all facilities, including shared breakout areas and kitchens, and invitations to our member events. A private office gives you the privacy you need with all the perks of a coworking space in Manchester.Can I book a coworking desk by the day in Manchester?
Yes you can book by the day. We have day passes available to book on a first come first served basis. A day pass allows you to work in our hot desk areas and use Colony’s premium facilities and workspaces. The cost of a day pass starts at just £20 and you can use the space between 9am - 5.30pm.What types of workspace can you rent?
There is a huge choice of coworking space for you to rent with Colony.Floating desks - Our hot desk areas are available for solo workers or small teams
Dedicated desks - Rent your own desk and be guaranteed a work station every day
