Dedicated desks

Choose a dedicated desk membership to guarantee yourself a desk every day in your chosen office space. Northern Quarter workers can enjoy peace of mind and flexibility, with month-to-month membership plans and 24/7 access to their own desk.

Rates start from just from £250 (+VAT) per month, and can be applied to a single desk or a bank of desks for small teams to work together.

Private offices

Set down roots in a private office at one of our Northern Quarter buildings. Available for teams of 2 to 100+, we have a choice of layouts to work around the needs of your business - whether open plan for creativity or separate desks for when discretion is required.

Our private offices start at £300 (+VAT) per desk per month, with flexible contracts to support your growth.

Meeting rooms

When you need a separate space for meetings, conferences or any kind of get-together, we have a selection of over 25 meeting rooms to choose from across all Colony office spaces. Northern Quarter members benefit from a further 20% discount on bookings, and use of premium facilities and technology in our meeting rooms. Book by the hour or by the day.

Podcast Studio

Jactin House, one of our Northern Quarter offices, is home to a state-of-the-art podcast studio, with space for up to four people to record. You can book for an hour or a full day or recording. Our studio is fully equipped with a Rodecaster Pro II audio production system and 4k cameras- it’s a gold standard space to create a pilot or lay down new episodes.
