We have a range of membership options to suit your working patterns and can also provide personalised quotes to rent a private office space according to the size and scale of your business.

Our serviced office comes with a host of amenities that make working life easier. As well having a calm and inspiring space to work in, with furniture already supplied, you get use of ultrafast broadband and utilities are included in your overall cost. There is 24/7 access to the building so you can work at a time that suits you and private phone booths offer discretion for important calls. You are able to use communal and breakout areas, including stocked kitchens and can enjoy regular events, workshops and networking opportunities.

What is the minimum private office space available?

You can rent a private office space for just two people. If you only need one desk, our dedicated desk areas are perfect for this, and you can sign up as a member to use them whenever you need to. Our private offices are designed for small and large businesses with a range of sizes available to accommodate different teams.

Can I move to a bigger office if my business grows?

At Colony, we have various sized offices available across each of our 6 locations, and can cater for businesses from 5 employees up to 100+. So, if your business grows and your team expands, you can move into one of our bigger spaces. This gives you the freedom and convenience to stay with Colony whilst expanding at your own pace.
