Can I book a desk with a Day Pass?
A Day Pass gives you access to our shared workspace areas on the day you choose to use it. You don't need to book a desk in advance, just show up and a member of staff will show you around, get you connected to the Wi-Fi and settled in the space. Click here to find out more about our Day Passes.
Can I book a desk if I have a membership?
A Dedicated Desk Membership comes with your own fixed desk which is booked for you for the duration of your membership. This gives you 24-7 access to your own dedicated workspace. You can also get 24-7 access with a Floating Desk membership. Click here to find out more about our membership options.
What are your opening times for day passes?
Day passes can be used Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
Are your meeting rooms available at weekends?
Meeting rooms are bookable Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
Is there an expiry date on day passes?
Single passes & black passes have a 1 month expiry date. You can check out our guide to day passes video below for more information.
Are you wheelchair friendly?
Yes, all our venues have wheelchair accessible workstations and DDA compliant restrooms.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes, we love it when people bring their dogs in! Please ensure they do not cause a disturbance to others and are not left unattended at any time. Any mess caused is the owner's responsibility to clean up. Check out the video below for our guide to introducing your dog to the workspace.
Do you offer free drinks and snacks?
Absolutely, our kitchens are full of complimentary teas, coffees, fruit, snacks & a variety of tasty treats. Please alert a member of the team if you have any allergies they should be made aware of.
How do I book a meeting room online?
If your Colony Account is already set up you just need to log in to the portal and go to the 'bookings' page. From here you just need to select the meeting room you want, add the date and time, then complete payment to secure the booking. Check out the video below for our guide to booking meeting rooms.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, our state of the art, ultra-fast, Wi-Fi is free to use for all Colony Members & guests. Just ask your community team to get your connected.
How do I use the hot tap?
Our hot taps have a safety feature to prevent accidental injury. To activate the tap you must, press the ring down twice before twisting it. A red light will switch on around the ring if it has been activated correctly. You can watch our 'guide to taps' video below.
How do I use the printer?
If you haven't yet been set up on the printer, please email your Community team. They will then send you the full set-up instructions. These can also be found on the portal under support and FAQs. Check out the video below for our printer guide.
Do you have private space for calls? Do you have to book?
Yes, all sites are equipped with multiple phone booths that do not need to be booked. You can also make use of breakout space and meeting rooms for calls.
How do I check in when I’ve booked a day pass?
On your day of arrival you will be asked to sign in and your day pass will be checked off on our system. All you will need is your

How do I report an emergency?
If there is a medical, security, fire or safety emergency please alert your community team immediately. You can do this either by calling the landline for the venue or heading to the reception area and alerting them in person.
Do you have onsite showers?
Our Jactin House and Silk St venues have on site showers that can be used by Colony Members. Day Pass users and guests do not have access to the shower facilities. Please do not leave towels or other items in the shower as they will be disposed of.
Do you have onsite bike storage?
There is various bike storage available at all our venues, speak with a member of the team to find out more about what is available at each location.
Do you have onsite parking?
There are parking facilities available all around our venues. Ask a member of the team for more information.
Can you accommodate large groups for events?
All of our venues can play host to large groups for events. Our largest event space has capacity for approximately 100 people.
