Colony Announces Two New Manchester Venues Opening in 2025
16 October 2024
Something exciting is just around the corner here at COLONY as we prepare to launch two new workspaces in 2025. We can't wait to reveal more details in the coming weeks!
As a leading independent provider of flexible workspaces, we are set to further expand our presence in Manchester with the opening of two new venues in 2025. These additions will take our portfolio to 8 locations across the city, reinforcing our commitment to offering diverse and dynamic, community-driven workspaces across Manchester.
The new venues, Colony Spring Gardens and Colony King Street, will be strategically located in two of Manchester’s prime central areas. Both venues will be opened in phases as we refurbish and shape the spaces sympathetically into our unique brand of workspace, previously unseen in this area.
Colony Spring Gardens, located at 19 Spring Gardens, will initially open its doors on the 5th floor, featuring 4-10 person offices, 16 dedicated coworking desks, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, a community hub, and an outdoor terrace. Mid to large sized companies will be pleased to hear that the remaining floors will be converted to larger offices while extending the range of shared amenities even further throughout. The venue will serve to provide the ideal environment for businesses of all sizes.

Opening simultaneously, Colony King Street, situated in the iconic 'DKNY building' at 76 King Street, will initially offer a blend of coworking, meeting rooms and event space. The ground and lower-ground floors will house our largest dedicated event space to date as well as a gymnasium and grand social bar; positioning it as a key central venue for collaboration and professional events within the network.

“Having grown significantly over the last 35 months and using 2024 to refine our core offering, we are excited to finally be bringing our unique brand of coworking and flexible workspace to the heart of the city centre. This will also be an opportunity for us to further develop our product with innovative new approaches to our workspace model, backed by member feedback and over 7 years of evolution.” - Aaron Ezair, Director & Co-Founder, Colony
Our expansion reflects the growing demand for flexible, high-quality workspaces that meet the evolving needs of modern businesses in Manchester’s thriving professional ecosystem.
