Colony Spring Gardens Opens its Third Floor!

We've officially expanded to the third floor of our newest venue, Colony Spring Gardens!

This September, we opened a new floor at our Spring Gardens venue to meet the demand for coworking and private office space in the city centre.

The third floor features six private offices for 12, 16, and 20 people, while all members benefit from an open-plan social kitchen and coworking lounge, collaboration and breakout zones, eight phone booths, and two brand-new meeting rooms for seven people.

Spring Gardens first opened in March 2025 with the launch of its fifth floor, which offers private offices for four to ten people, 16 dedicated coworking desks, two meeting rooms, a community hub, collaboration areas, and a balcony terrace.

Spring Gardens is currently home to 13 businesses, members include Manchester Young Professionals, Colony’s exclusive coworking partner and a prominent professional network in the city, as well as Fluid Commerce, a specialist eCommerce agency.

In the same month we opened Spring Gardens’ third floor, our very first venue, Jactin House, has reached full coworking occupancy! This marks another major milestone in our growth across Manchester and shows how we are continuing to meet the needs of local businesses.

By the second, half of our private offices were already home to ambitious teams from a variety of sectors.

To meet this accelerating demand, we’ve immediately begun work on the sixth floor. This next chapter is designed for medium-sized businesses - the kind of companies scaling rapidly in Manchester, and those relocating from London in search of workspace more flexible and dynamic.”
