Jactin House has recently undergone some upgrades, including the expansion of the Co-lounge and the addition of two new 4K video cameras to our Podcast Studio. Read on for the full round-up.

New Upgrades at Jactin House

You might have noticed some exciting changes around Jactin House recently. Well, that’s because our Product Team has been working hard over the past few months to improve our workspaces, and we're thrilled to share the results!

It feels like just yesterday that we announced a new phase of upgrades, and now we have another exciting round of refurbishments to show off.

Here’s a quick round-up of the latest updates.

A New Feature in the Podcast Studio

We’ve made a pretty cool upgrade to our bookable Podcast Studio - it’s now fully equipped with two new 4K video cameras for hire! Included with any booking are state-of-the-art microphones and the Rodecaster Pro II audio production system, so you’ll have everything you need to build your platform with these optional extras.

Conference Room Makeover

We’ve brightened up the Conference Room! What was once a modern but somewhat dim space in the basement is now bright and airy with glass walls, offering a sleek and elegant atmosphere for impressing clients. Plus, thanks to September’s upgrades, it’s visible from the newly opened landings, letting in plenty of natural light.

Co-lounge Expansion

We’ve expanded the Co-lounge to create even more room for collaboration. The right side has been transformed with two screen-share booths with reupholstered seating. We've also converted the Co-lounge's original fireplace into a modern electric colour-changing one, adding extra cosiness while preserving the building’s character. Next time you’re on a coffee break, settle into the plush L-shaped sofa beside it for warmth and comfort during these chilly winter months.

A Touch of Greenery

We’ve introduced a new round bar table with a tree at its center - the perfect spot to get creative and let your ideas take root. And it won’t be long before a second table appears in the expanded Co-lounge.

More Meeting Rooms and Phone Booths

As part of a wider refurbishment project, we've completed upgrades on the 1st and 2nd floors, which includes the Co-lounge expansion along with additional meeting rooms and phone booths. We’ve also installed new phone booths on the ground floor so members stay connected and have plenty of options for those important conversations.
