Jactin House: A New Phase of Workspace Upgrades is Here!

While the summer may have come to an end, our commitment to enhancing and evolving our workspaces is far from over. At Colony, we understand that your workspace should grow with your business needs, which is why we’re excited to announce the latest round of refurbishments at Jactin House.

What’s New at Jactin House?

We've completed significant upgrades on the 1st and 2nd floors, with new features designed to enhance productivity, comfort, and collaboration for our Private Office Members. These refurbishments are just the beginning of a broader project that will see more exciting developments in the coming months.

Colony Jactin House has newly opened landings to connect the Ground, First, Second & Third Floors.

Here’s what you can expect from the latest improvements:

- Revamped Coworking Area: Our floating and dedicated desk members will soon enjoy a fully refurbished coworking space, featuring new furnishings and a fresh, functional layout designed to maximize comfort and creativity.

- Opened Landings for More Natural Light: Bright, airy spaces lead to better focus and well-being. The newly opened landings at Jactin House will flood private offices with more natural light, bringing an energizing feel to your workday.

- More Meeting Rooms: We’ve added four additional meeting rooms exclusively for our members, giving you more flexibility to host clients, brainstorm with colleagues, or find a quiet spot to focus.

- Expanded Phone Booths: Need privacy for a quick call? With six new phone booths (and four refurbished), you’ll have more options than ever to make confidential calls or focus in a soundproofed environment.

- Breakout Areas: Creativity often thrives away from the desk, which is why we’ve added five breakout areas—perfect for impromptu discussions or a moment to recharge.

- Ergonomic Dedicated Desks: Dedicated Desk Members will love our twenty-six bespoke-designed, ergonomic desks. Tailored for comfort and efficiency, these new desks are designed to help you work your best.

- Collaboration Spaces: For our Private Office Members, we’ve created two collaboration rooms where teams can meet, brainstorm, and innovate in an inspiring, communal space.

- Touch-down Workstations: On the go? You’ll find six new touch-down workstations that allow for a quick, comfortable setup whenever you need it.

- Social Kitchen: Enjoy a break in our brand-new social kitchen, complete with premium coffee taps to help fuel your day.

- Focus Room: Coworking Members will also have access to a new, exclusive focus room—a quiet space where you can escape distractions and zero in on your most important tasks.

Additional phone booths were installed across the 1st & 2nd floors to give our members extra privacy for online meetings.
