We’re excited to announce that Colony has been shortlisted for Flexible Workspace Operator of the Year at the 2025 Insider Media North West Property Awards! This recognition highlights our commitment to providing Manchester’s most dynamic and community-driven workspaces.
Over the past year, Colony has expanded its network with the acquisition of 19 Spring Gardens and 76 King Street, cementing our position as Manchester’s most prolific coworking provider. With six already established venues and two more set to open in 2025, we’ve continued to offer unparalleled flexibility for businesses of all sizes.
