It will be a 6km with 3 speeds:
4:30 min per KM
5:15 min per KM
6:00 min per KM

We have teamed up with @adidas and @prodirectrunning, to show what Manchester runners have to offer!
Our Ancoats Run Club on Wednesday 12th April, we will run a new 6km route, with a VERY special 1 mile stretch which is *mile 4* of the upcoming @manchestermarathon which takes place on 16th April.
We’ll be giving you the chance to run your ‘fastest mile’ and set those PBs as we compete on behalf of Manchester - against our friends in London.
There will also be a special product trial opportunity, for everyone to try and run in the latest adidas footwear, supplied by Pro Direct Running. Everyone who joins us will get the chance to do the run in these shoes.
